We source our dairy products from
Gippsland, in Victoria, renowned for being one of the best
dairy producing areas of Australia. Much of the fruit we use
is delivered direct from Victorian orchards. Macadamia nuts,
pistachio and walnuts are grown extensively in Australia. We
supply a full flavour range including liqueur based, fresh
fruit and specialty ice creams and sorbets for the Restaurant
and Hotel industry. We are proud to be producing Ice Cream for
many of Melbourne's finest catering and hospitality
establishments, among these are Spotless Catering, Crown
Casino, Sheraton Towers, Florentino's, Peter Rowland, The
Victorian Art Centre and Arthur's Peak Restaurant. Our
production facilities have "Quality Control Certification"
from all of the above
companies.
