LUDOWICI MINERAL PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
PTY LTD (LMPE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ludowici
Limited, an Australian public company established in 1858 and
listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Ludowici Limited has
allocated considerable resources for acquisitions, new product
innovations and the development of the global trading market.
CMI Services was incorporated in 1980 and grew to a prominent
position in the market place and was acquired by Ludowici
Limited in 1995. In 1997 Jet-Line Rubber Pty Ltd, a successful
industrial rubber company was purchased and now operates as a
wholly owned subsidiary of LMPE. The following year, Malco
Engineering Pty Ltd, which has served the materials handling
industry since 1915, was purchased by LMPE. This further
enhanced the product range and market exposure of the company.
In 1999, Birtley Process Equipment of the U.K. was added to
the group. LUDOWICI MINERAL PROCESSING EQUIPMENT PTY LTD now
provides a comprehensive range of value-adding process and
bulk materials handling equipment to the coal, mineral and
associated industries in Australia and
overseas.
