Contract Programming for Milling
Machines with ISO compatible Machine Controllers. CNC programs
to produce any 2D & 3D type components. We are a CAD/CAM
Office, not another Machine shop, so your job comes first. We
protect our client’s interests by including a confidentiality
clause in our “Terms of Agreement” to guarantee your business
remains your business. We develop programs and tailor the post
processor to suit your individual CNC Milling Machines, all 2D
and 3D programs are in ISO format. We also handle Research and
Development concepts, program your Jigs & Fixtures to
support your Part Program and provide Logical Program
Sequencing (LPS) for components requiring multiple set-ups.
Programs are written from real trade experience, where problem
solving is part of the programming process. Our programmer,
Paul Exell started his apprenticeship in 1973 in Toolmaking
and more recently has been manufacturing components for the
Aerospace Industry (Military and Domestic).Paul has been
programming CAD/CAM since 1992 and will deal directly with you
one to one. We can provide solutions for that difficult “Part”
on your 3 axis Mill, even for some seemingly impossible parts
that would normally require a 5 axis Machine for “undercuts”.
We also offer programming for true “High Speed Machining” for
the “Finish” you need at minimum “Load to Load” times. G.A.P.
CAD CAM utilises, “Mastercam Level 3 Mill, Version 8”. We
program from Engineering drawings or your sketches. DXF and
IGES translators to convert CAD generated “Surfaces” and
“Solids” directly into
Mastercam
